Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?

Don't worry! Tracking can sometimes take 24-48 hours to update. If there's no update after 7 days, please contact us and we'll help you locate your package.

How do I choose the right size?

Check out our Size Chart for detailed measurements. Our products run true to size. For a looser or oversized fit, we recommend ordering one size up.

What is the quality of your products?

We sell Comfort Colors t-shirts:

  • 100% ring-spun cotton

  • Garment-dyed for a soft, vintage feel

  • Relaxed fit

Will the colors look exactly like the pictures?

Colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and the printing process. We do our best to ensure accurate color representation, but minor variations are normal.

Are your products true to size?

Yes! Our products run true to size. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Please refer to our Size Chart for exact measurements.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because all products are made-to-order, we can only cancel or modify orders within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and changes are not possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

We can only update your address before the order enters production (within 2 hours). Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund — no need to return the item.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item you received. We'll ship the correct item to you at no extra cost.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Color variations due to monitor settings

We DO offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Printing errors

  • Wrong items shipped

  • Lost packages

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once approved, refunds are processed within:

  • Shopify Payments (Credit/Debit Card): 5-10 business days

  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Yes. All our products are made-to-order, which means each item is printed specifically for you after you place your order.

How do I care for my product?

Care instructions:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out

  • Tumble dry low

  • Do not iron directly on the print

  • Do not dry clean
